You may or may not have heard me mention in previous posts how I feel about the new way of conducting a network marketing business.  It seems that all the rage nowadays is to totally blow off the warm market, and start producing your own leads through various methods on the internet.

My take on that is pretty clear because of the way that my wife Ann and I have built our warm market and how we see people every single day using their warm market to build their business by huge amounts.  In fact, we just saw a couple from Nigeria use their warm market to sponsor 48 new people in about a month.

So my feelings about the new warm market are obvious.

However that doesn’t mean that I’m against people who find a better way to run their business.  Listen, times are changing and the internet is a phenomenon like nothing every before seen, and so if there’s a way to use it as a tool then it’s definitely worth taking the time to learn to do that.  In fact, that’s what I have done.

Whoever said you can’t teach an old dog new tricks hasn’t met me.

I keep up to date with all the new tactics of MLM recruiting constantly.  I consult with some of the best internet marketing minds in the world and stay right on the cutting edge of technology using search engine optimization, social networks, PPC, all that good stuff.

But if you just go out there with the shotgun approach chances are that you’re going to come up short on your recruiting efforts.

You must have a plan to follow.  You must have a process in which to go about things to make your efforts as effective as humanly possible.
