It’s baffling sometimes to see when somebody just gets it, and goes on to recruit so many people in a month that it makes your head spin.  It’s even more baffling when they do it in a way where people come to them for their business and not he other way around.

There’s a bit of a storm brewing right now between the old school network marketers and the new school network marketers.  You see the new guys don’t particularly care for the old school ways of going after friends and family as prospects for their business.

Now I’ll be completely blunt with you because that’s how I am.  I’m from the Bronx so I really know no other way.

My wife Ann and I are old school network marketers and frankly we’ve built a fortune by using many of the old school network marketing techniques.  The reason is because we knew that these techniques worked because that’s what so many before us had done to create their fortunes.  Being an entrepreneur since the age of 12, with my first paper route where I had 2 employees working for me already, I know that following a system that works is the best way to create wealth…so that’s what Ann and I did, and we used our warm market to do so.

However with that being said, I also know that when you refuse to change…when you’re rigid and not flexible in your ways you tend to break.  There are many old school network marketers who refuse to change and that’s fine.  I understand that adapting to change like the internet and taking advice from young men who have found an easier way for themselves is crucial to survive.  But I’m not one who likes to try to survive…

I like to THRIVE!

Well, one guy that I will gladly follow and learn from when it comes to the new ways of marketing, and actually creating a different kind of warm market where people approach you is Mike Dillard.

Mike is one of those typical stories of someone who really wanted success in MLM badly, but stumbled around blindly for sometime before hitting his stride.

Through tons of research, hard work, and persistence that most people would collapse under Mike figured out a much better way and figured out a system of attraction marketing that works so well that people actually nearly beg to learn more from YOU about your business.   But the best part is that you make money whether they join you or not the way Mike has created this system and not only that…

These people are willing to follow you to any opportunity that you’re in because they want to work and be around you.  This is magnetic attraction marketing at it’s finest…and though I don’t agree with much of the new ways of thinking of not using the warm market and trying to run a business only online, I’ve come to discover something about Mike.

He’s not trying to get away from the old ways of using the warm market…he’s simply figured out a way to create a new kind of warm market of prospects actually standing in line to join YOU and your opportunity.  But he actually has a way of turning these people into warm market prospects.

Mike uses various techniques to do this that in my estimate most network marketers haven’t a clue about in his Magnetic Sponsoring program.

Here’s the deal…I don’t agree with most folks who are just trying to avoid the warm market out of fear and lack of action…but I do believe in a guy like Mike Dillard who creates a brand new way to prospect and create a new warm market.
