Let’s talk for a minute about something that so many people desperately fear when it comes to building their business.


The PHONE!

The phone can be a horrifying object for so many network marketers just starting out.  This becomes a problem because, if you’re not using your warm market, or you’ve already gone through you warm market and you’re ready to move on, then the phone can be your most effective weapon when it comes to MLM recruiting.

But again, the fact is that most people not only fear the phone, but even those who don’t, really don’t know how to use it as effectively as they could.

In fact most don’t have the first clue.

There’s a lot involved when it comes to recruiting over the phone, but the one crucial aspect is your posture.  Posture means everything.

Now what do I mean by posture?

Well I’m not talking about the way that you sit while you’re on the phone, although you might want to watch that too.  What I’m talking about is your attitude.  It’s got to do with whether or not you’ve got the attitude of NEEDING someone to become a distributor in your downline or LETTING someone become a distributor.

It’s about whether or not you’re a sponsoring Wussy, or you’re a sponsoring machine who actually gets to pick and choose who you work with.  That might seem crazy to you if you’re struggling with your business, but ironically it’s that paradigm shift that will actually help you grow your business to brand new heights that you’re likely thinking right now are impossible.

When you get this right, it’s not unheard of to sponsor 20 or 30 people in one month…where even your upline will be begging you to tell them what the heck you’re doing.  And it gets even better because when you show your downline these strategies, your business will explode!
